Time Frame
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
Return Process

- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. precive.com is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
